Our Fulfillment Policies:

Refund Policy:

For any treatments that are upcoming and have not been performed yet, patients may request a refund of their down payment at any time before two weeks prior to their scheduled appointment date. We do not currently offer refunds for services that have already been rendered (including procedures and consultations) or for appointments that are not attended without prior notice.

Delivery Policy:

When applicable, we use a third party to ship our products. Upon request, we will provide a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Usually, our orders are fulfilled the same day they are received and shipped out the following day.

Return Policy:

We do not accept returns of any opened products or medications. However, we will issue a full refund for items that have not been opened, or replace any items that were damaged in transit.

Cancellation Policy:

Up to 2 days (48 hours) before their next scheduled appointment, patients may call at any time to reschedule or cancel at no additional cost. If patients cancel within 48 hours of their next scheduled appointment, a $150 late cancellation fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to grant exceptions to this rule for any patients who are caught in extenuating circumstances.



Open Payments Transparency Policy: The Open Payments database is a federal tool used to search payments made by drug and device companies to physicians and teaching hospitals. It can be found at https://openpaymentsdata.cms.gov. You will be able to see if we receive any payments that meet the criteria above.
